Meet Lucky
Lucky is the owner of Chache Da Dhaba and the welcoming face behind the restaurant. His goal is simple: serve satisfying Punjabi food in a warm, relaxed setting where every guest feels genuinely welcome.
From the flavours coming out of the kitchen to the hospitality guests experience at the table, Lucky is focused on keeping the spirit of a traditional Punjabi dhaba alive in Edmonton — hearty food, generous portions and a place people are happy to return to.

Chache Da Dhaba was born from a simple belief: that the best food comes from the heart. Inspired by the bustling roadside dhabas of Punjab — where truckers and travellers stop for hearty, honest meals — we set out to recreate those unforgettable flavours right here in Edmonton.

Every curry is slow-simmered, every spice is hand-ground, and every naan is pulled fresh from a blazing tandoor. We don't cut corners. Our dal makhani cooks overnight, our saag is made the old-fashioned way, and our tandoori meats carry that unmistakable smoky char you can only get from real clay-oven cooking.
